FOTEX Holding SE (“FOTEX”), the Luxembourg-based holding company listed on the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, has appointed LuxBridge Ventures (LBV) as its exclusive buy-side advisor for commercial real estate (CRE) acquisitions in Luxembourg , with effect from September, 2026. LBV represents FOTEX across the whole chain of each acquisition: sourcing and screening, underwriting, offer strategy and negotiation, coordination of due diligence, and the approach to and negotiation with Luxembourg lenders on FOTEX’s behalf. The mandate covers direct CRE property acquisitions and share deals.
FOTEX, whose commercial real estate portfolio is today located in the Netherlands, Hungary and Germany intends to add Luxembourg to its markets. For LBV, the appointment confirms the model on which the firm was built: a boutique senior team, direct relationships with owners and institutions, and a partner following every mandate from the first screening to the signing.
“We are delighted that FOTEX has chosen LBV as its partner in the Luxembourg market. Our role is to represent FOTEX at every step of an acquisition, from the first screening to the financing, with the discretion and senior attention that a partner-led boutique can offer.”
